Since 2007, we've developed more than 380 projects with various global companies, organisations and financial institutions to promote their ESG Agenda.

Executive Team
A lawyer and specialist in environmental law from PUC-SP, she holds an MBA in Socio-Environmental Business Management from IPÊ/CEATS - USP. She has worked for companies such as CPFL Renováveis, Odebrecht and Brenco, as well as agencies such as CETESB. Today, she's a managing partner at Transforma.aí, leading socio-environmental projects.
Communication specialist, facilitator, and permaculturist. Graduated in Social Communication from PUC Minas. With qualifications in permaculture and sustainability, she has been involved in projects at companies such as Statkraft and Nexa. At Transforma.aí, she's a project coordinator and facilitates cultural programmes with socio-environmental impact.
Lawyer graduated from Mackenzie University, with experience in compliance and environmental law. She worked at the São Paulo Public Prosecutor's Office and the Public Defender's Office, in addition to working on the GDUCC project. She's currently a project coordinator at Transforma.aí, focusing on incubating local businesses in Espírito Santo.
Journalist and specialist in Socio-Environmental Business Management, with experience in purposeful communication. Worked for 10 years at IPÊ – Instituto de Pesquisas Ecológicas (Ecological Research Institute) and developed impact projects. Today, he's Transforma.aí's representative in Portugal, promoting the organisation internationally.
Biologist and socio-environmental educator, specialist in Environmental Education and Environmental Management. She worked as an educator at Suzano, conducting socio-environmental awareness activities. She's currently developing water awareness projects in north-western Minas Gerais.
Graduated in Business Administration, with experience in financial management, event production, and entrepreneurship. He has worked in the food industry, with a shop in Vila Madalena, and on exchange programmes in the USA and Spain. He's currently the coordinator of socio-environmental projects at Transforma.aí.
Graphic designer with over six years of experience, he specialises in visual identities and digital communication. He has worked with companies such as Statkraft, Foresea, and Nexa, creating creative solutions for various projects. At Transforma.aí, he contributes design to initiatives with social and environmental impact.
Financial Manager with 15 years of experience in administrative and financial areas in social sector organisations. Graduated in Advertising from Unifieo (2007) and post-graduated in Financial Management from Faculdade Estácio (2016), she has taken courses in finance for the third sector, accountability and people management. She works in the execution of financial processes and in support of various departments. She's currently a financial manager at Transforma Ai.
Architect and urban planner with over 20 years of experience, specialising in Bioarchitecture and Bioconstruction. He has worked on projects such as the Masterplan for Fazenda Ithayê and Vila da Paz Urban Park, as well as ecological sanitation in Angola. Today, he coordinates CAN Sustentável, is studying for a master's degree in Water Resources, and is a partner at Transforma.aí.
Documentary filmmaker, photographer, screenwriter, and audiovisual director of numerous institutional pieces and socio-environmental documentaries for clients such as: Transforma.aí, Arcadis, Porticus, CPFL Renováveis, Elera Renováveis, Siemens-Gamesa, CEB+D, Places for Us, Escape Hotel, among others. Partner of Transforma.aí since 2012.
Graduated from Colégio Agrícola Vidal de Negreiros (UFPB), with 20 years of experience in family farming, rural microcredit, and public policy. Works in food security and technical advisory services in agrarian reform settlements.
Social scientist specialising in Social Projects and postgraduate degree in Data Science & Analytics (USP). Experience in data collection and processing (Excel/Python), report and visualisation creation, as well as intersectional analysis and socio-environmental indicators.
Graphic designer (Cruzeiro do Sul University) with training in UX and technological solutions. Experience in visual identity, layout and interface design for high-impact projects in public bodies and agencies.
Graduating in Information Systems with a background marked by entrepreneurship and involvement in social projects. He's accumulated experience in design, technology, creativity and production, always seeking to combine innovation and positive impact. He's currently a local mobiliser in socio-environmental impact initiatives, strengthening community and collaborative actions.
Geographer (USP), Master's degree in Communication and specialist in Educommunication (ECA-USP). She has taught undergraduate, postgraduate and extension courses at Anhembi Morumbi, São Judas and UNIP, graduating more than 3,000 students. Founder of Futurando Aprendizagem Corporativa and the Tela Consciente project, she works on creating educational methodologies for companies and the healthy use of technologies.
Lawyer specialising in ESG (PUC-Campinas), with experience in socio-environmental conflict resolution and corporate governance. Member of the ESG Committee of CAMARB.
Entrepreneur and project manager. Graduated in Environmental Engineering, holds an Executive MBA from FGV. With 26 years of experience, he's worked in Sustainability and Human Development with companies such as BASF, Suzano, and Embraer.
Business administrator and master's student in International Management at FGV-EAESP and Luigi Bocconi University, with experience in branding and commercial management. She has worked at companies such as Arco Educação and Gympass, developing brands and strategies. Today, she's responsible for new business at Transforma.aí.
