Development of the Program, which is being applied in Transforma.aí projects across many regions in Brazil. The goal of the “Sustainable Management Program: Eco-efficiency in the Value Chain” is to train owners of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) to adopt a management model geared towards sustainability.

Outcomes: More than 100 entrepreneurs trained, in addition to improvements made to the production processes of the participating companies, such as: savings in materials, reduction of electric energy consumption, reduction of waste production, optimization of production processes and increase in profitability.
