▪ Structuring of metrics and methodology for evaluation of socio-environmental projects (Evaluation Framework) regarding their alignment with the socio-environmental investment strategy already adopted by the company;
▪ Elaboration of indicators (KPIs) for monitoring the performance of projects already developed by the company and their social and environmental investment strategy, in line with UN’s 17 Sustainable Development goals and targets Agenda for 2030;
▪ Correlation of the Evaluation Framework with information from projects already completed or in progress.
