Elaboration and execution of a strategic project to engage CESP on the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

▪ Diagnosis of priority SDGs and definition of thematic lines;
▪ Preparation of online workshops to engage leaderships and other employees in the SDGs;
▪ Production of didactic graphic and audiovisual materials addressing the SDGs and the project’s activities;
▪ Positioning and strategy analysis, interviews with senior leadership and benchmarking;
▪ Definition of guidelines and actions to be carried out in the coming years;
▪ Training and management support for a working group on Diversity and Inclusion.
