    Corporate volunteer programmes are a strategic tool for expanding a company's social impact and strengthening employee engagement and motivation. We've noticed that when properly implemented, these programmes influence organisational culture and employee training, contributing to a broader view of the socio-environmental challenges that impact the company and a focus on solving complex problems. <\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

    Case 1: online volunteering

    Involving eight of the company's complexes, with Votorantim Cimentos, in 2021, we plan, manage and execute the programme for internal engagement in volunteer activities.<\/span><\/p>

    The focus of the actions implemented was on themes aligned with the group's sustainability and private social investment strategy:<\/span><\/p>
