Strengthening communities through social mobilization is one of Transforma.aí's activities in projects that positively impact local groups. The goal's to engage and promote the unity of people in an area towards a common objective. These're actions of varying scales, from simple to complex, always in the name of sustainable development and socio-environmental responsibility.
The mobilization reinforces the maxim that unity is strength, and the more diverse this gathering of people is, the greater the chances of effective action. Bringing together residents of a community around a common goal is no simple task, which's why Transforma.aí created the REAAL Methodology – Local Learning and Action Network – with which it has been working in various parts of the country.
