Challenge
Casa do Impacto is Portugal's leading innovation and start-up hub. It supports, with an ecosystem of solutions, social entrepreneurs in business acceleration and incubation processes; pre-seed and seed investment; and challenges with funds and companies interested in open innovation.
Although they already had a robust and consistent performance, they needed to have greater clarity of your social impact strategy in the short, medium and long term.
To this end, Transforma.ai's developed a project to create a strategy for planning, monitoring and managing the results and impacts of projects supported by the institution.

Solution
The work with Transforma.aí was developed in four steps:
1- Diagnosis of internal and secondary data:
immersion to understand the organisation's current situation, its history and vision for the future
2- Theory of Change:
a process of collectively building the organisation's impact planning
3- Indicator matrix:
structuring of impact and outcome indicators to be monitored in project follow-up
4- Customisation and application of the BSC - Balanced Scorecard
for technical evaluation of projects
