Context
Transforma.ai prioritises socio-environmental risk management as the basis for building lasting relationships with stakeholders. We carry out diagnostics, due diligence and risk analysis as essential steps in risk management. We highlight two main examples:

Case 1: Social due diligence, human rights assessment and stakeholder mapping
In partnership with a renewable energy company, we support a deep understanding of the socio-environmental risks of recently acquired plants, focusing on ensuring good relations between the company and surrounding communities..
Results and deliverables
The main deliverable is social due diligence, focusing on internal and external stakeholders in the locality, based on the following processes:
Due Diligence Checklist, based on the BSC – Balanced ScoreCard methodology, Brazilian legislation, international parameters and business context.
Documentary analysis on land use and acquisitions, communities, workers, among other topics.
Reputational analysis vconducted research on human rights and the labour market.
Interviews with local employees at the plant.

Case 2: Diagnosis and analysis of social risk
In partnership with EDF, in 2024, we conducted a socio-environmental risk assessment and analysis to guide strategic social investment.
